The Team

Joe cut his teeth early in construction by working on his family farm. Later he would learn the ropes through different trades, working in asphalt, landscape, and rough in carpentry. Working along side some of the largest builders in the country he was able to learn valuable processes and systems in home construction. He earned a degree in Construction Management with an emphasis in Architecture Design, and a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University. As a project lead at Cardinal Crest Joe works closely with clients designing their homes, and helping their ideas become reality. Solving problems and finding creative solutions to home design and construction are some of the things he loves about his job. Joe lives in Kansas City with his wife and his three children. He enjoys the outdoors, playing music, and discovering new restaurants.

Adam’s passion for construction began at an early age. Having a father in the home building and remodeling industry, he learned the ins and outs of construction. Designing and building homes has allowed Adam to use his creative nature to help fulfill his client’s dreams. There is nothing more rewarding than providing a home where families will create long lasting memories, traditions, and relationships. He received a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with an emphasis in Architectural Design and minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University. He lives with his wife Tessa and their 3 children in Kansas City.
