Home Building Milestones
We have developed a unique approach to custom home building that synchronizes the home building process. We call the approach our Milestone Process. From initial customer alignment and pre-construction efforts, to production and warranty. Our Milestone Process helps hold ourselves, trades, and homeowners accountable.
Our Milestone Process is visual, comprehensive, goal-driven, involves the homeowner, and aligns expectations for our team members and customers.
The total home building process from start of “Pre-Construction Process” to “Move in day” can range from 19 to 22 months depending on the square footage. Please also add a month to the production schedule for each option: basement finish, pool, and/or secondary structure.
